Payment Policy

- 50% deposit is required to secure any suite.
- Deposit is made at the time of booking by Check, Online Banking, Visa or Master Card
- Balance of payment is made on arrival by Online Banking, Visa or Master Card.
- Check-In Receipt is emailed upon receipt of funds.

If Applicable
Clean Fee
- $150.00 per suite for 2 night stay
- $75.00 per suite for 3 night stay
(No clean fee for 4 nights or more)

Late Check-In Fee
- $50.00 if check-in after 7:30 pm (notify booking agent)
- No check-in after 10:00 pm

Cancellation Policy

- Payment is non-refundable.
- Every effort will be given to re-book any cancellation and that amount will be reimbursed.
- $150.00 cancellation fee for any suite re-booked.

KELOWNA BAY RESORT
Policies

Guests
Only registered guests of Kelowna Bay Resort will be allowed overnight stay in suites and use of facilities.

Age Requirement
Suites will only be rented to adults 25 years and over.

Smoking
All suites are NON SMOKING – smoking allowed outside facility only.

Pets
Pets are only allowed with pre-approval by Kelowna Bay Resort. Maximum height of a dog can only be 15 inches at the top of head. Pets are not allowed in any common areas.

Damage
Any damage to the suite, and/or lost, stolen, or broken property within the suite and any common property, will be added to the guest’s account, as well as any additional costs incurred for item repair or replacement.
Guests agree to report immediately any damage found or caused, to Kelowna Bay Resort.

Cleaning
Suites are to be left in a reasonable neat and tidy condition. Garbage must be removed. There will be a charge of $150 for any suite requiring excessive cleaning.

Risk
All guests acknowledge that their and their visitor’s use of all areas inside suite and any common property, is at their own risk.

Zero Tolerance
Kelowna Bay Resort has a zero tolerance policy for parties, stags, and excessive noise. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 7 am. Pool regulations are posted at pools.
Guests will take care and respect the accommodations that have been rented through Kelowna Bay Resort. Guests take full responsibility for their and their visitors actions and conduct.

By-Laws
Any infractions of these Policies and Rule & Regulations will result in a $200 fine and possible immediate eviction without monies re-imbrued. All suites provide a copy of By-Laws and Rules & Regulations.
