Cancellation Policy

• 30 days or more before your stay - 5% of your deposit to a min. of $150 will be withheld for booking costs.
  
• 29 to 15 days before your stay - 50% of your deposit will be withheld
  
• 14 days or less before your stay - deposit is nonrefundable
  
• (With the exception of High Season or any Holiday Weekend bookings, your deposit is nonrefundable. Every effort will be given to re-book any cancellation and monies will be reimbursed.)
  
• Upon arrival, a signed open credit card will be required for security.
